Geneva is the city where I was born, but it is in Italy that my life as a mother of 3 children has allowed me to live between the olive trees and aromatic plants. For 30 years, I have cultivated and exported these typically Italian products while also developing tourist concepts and a commercial activity.
It was only at the age of 40 that my life path crossed Anusara yoga, which I have been practising ever since and which has allowed me to discover the beneficial and balancing effects on my daily life.
This activity will naturally lead me, out of curiosity, to other orientations such as Ashtanga yoga or Acroyoga.
I then developed my practice through different workshops allowing me to start mastering these techniques and to appreciate their benefits.
It is on my return to Switzerland that I feel the need to deepen my knowledge.
My training will then teach me to center myself, to breathe, to meditate and will make me take an even more intense direction with a practice that will become daily.
500 hours of training divided between Hatha yoga and Vinyasa will allow me to discover the movement that suits me best with Charlotte St-Jean’s Shiva/Shakti methodology.
